Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) Senior Developer
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) Senior Developer to join our team.
This position will also fit an experienced Solution Architect with deep knowledge of finance module.
The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 FnO solutions to support our organization’s financial and operational goals. This role requires a deep technical and functional understanding of Dynamics 365 FnO, as well as expertise in system integration, performance tuning, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

– Architect and implement Dynamics 365 FnO solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring best practices and scalability.
– Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 FnO with other enterprise systems and oversee data migration to ensure seamless transitions.
– Configure and customize Dynamics 365 FnO to enhance functionality, optimize performance, and meet business objectives.
– Monitor, analyze, and improve system performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
– Provide guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from implementation to support phases.
– Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing expert support to users and IT teams.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
– Ensure all solutions comply with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
– Experience in Power Platform development, configuration, customization, and integration with external systems.
– Expertise in Dynamics 365 FnO architecture, including configuration, customization, and integration with external systems.
– Proven experience in leading large-scale Dynamics 365 FnO implementations or migrations.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
– Knowledge of project management principles, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
– Familiarity with data security and compliance standards in Microsoft environments.
Preferred Certifications/Qualifications:
– Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Finance Development Certificate
– Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Certificate (preferably)
– Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Certificate (preferably)
– Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its integration with Dynamics 365 FnO.
– Experience working with DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
– Previous experience working in a consulting capacity, implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients.
