Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Support

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Support will be responsible for providing expert technical support for our clients Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) applications. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the continuous availability of these critical business applications. You will collaborate with our client to deliver high-quality solutions that align with their business objectives.

 

Location: Europe

Employment type: Part time with a potential to grow into 40 hrs/week

Timezone to work in: US, China

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business analysts to understand and gather requirements for customizations and enhancements.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.

  • Collaborate with other developers, architects, and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team on D365 F&O development best practices.

  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 F&O development.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to connect and influence diverse audiences and inspire change and adoption of new technologies.

  • Participate in problem analysis and assist in determining strategic software solutions and enhancements to address identified issues.

  • Stay abreast of new technologies and application releases.

  • Utilize Power BI for reporting and analytics solutions, and Power Automate for workflow automation where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a D365 F&O Functional Support or in a similar role.

  • Experience with D365 F&O data entities, data integrations, and customizing user interfaces.

  • Knowledge of Finance and Operations modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics, and Power Automate for workflow automation.

  • Relevant experience in Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, or other related Microsoft technologies is a plus.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Power Platform, or related areas are desirable.

  • Ability to learn fast.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
