D365 CE Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to align with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on customization, integration, and system performance enhancements.
Responsibilities:
– Configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business requirements.
– Develop and implement system integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise applications.
– Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
– Optimize Dynamics 365 CE workflows, business processes, and automation to improve system efficiency.
– Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement resolutions to ensure minimal disruptions.
– Ensure security, compliance, and data governance best practices within Dynamics 365 CE.
– Maintain technical documentation, including configurations, customizations, and best practices.
– Stay updated on Power Platform capabilities and suggest enhancements where applicable.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (formerly CRM).
– Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and integration with external systems.
– Proficiency in Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CE workflows.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in Microsoft environments.
Preferred Certifications/Qualifications:
– Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Associate
– Experience with Power Apps for extending Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
– Knowledge of Azure services for integrating with Dynamics 365 CE.
– Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE deployments.
– Hands-on experience in DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
– Previous experience working in a consulting role, implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprise clients.
