Senior D365 Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior D365 Engineer to join our team. This role requires profound expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-users, troubleshooting complex issues, and enhancing both F&O and CE modules to meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into functional and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O and CE environments to enhance business processes and user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular system audits, and implement necessary changes to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of Dynamics 365 features.
  • Stay updated with the latest updates and enhancements from Microsoft, applying these to continuously improve the business solutions.
  • Document system configurations, changes, and processes for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery of Dynamics 365 enhancements and updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supporting, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE platforms, including underlying data structures and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and their integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring junior engineers or support staff.
