SharePoint and Power Apps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint and Power Apps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions, as well as building custom applications using Power Apps to enhance business processes. This role requires expertise in SharePoint administration, customization, and integration, along with a strong understanding of Power Platform capabilities to drive automation and collaboration.
– Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise environments.
– Develop custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and improve user experiences.
– Integrate Power Automate workflows with SharePoint to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
– Manage SharePoint site architecture, permissions, security settings, and governance policies.
– Customize SharePoint pages using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance reporting and analytics.
– Implement and manage SharePoint document libraries, lists, content types, and metadata.
– Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, ensuring system performance and availability.
– Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Provide user training and documentation on SharePoint best practices and Power Apps development.
– Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint trends to implement new features and improve system efficiency.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– 5+ years of hands-on experience working with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server (2016/2019), and Power Apps development.
– Strong experience in Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps development.
– Proficiency in Power Automate for automating business workflows.
– Experience with SharePoint customization using JavaScript, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), PowerShell, and REST APIs.
– Strong understanding of SharePoint security, governance, and permission management.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and integration with third-party applications.
– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SharePoint and Power Apps issues.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications/Qualifications:
– Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or SharePoint Administrator Associate.
– Experience with Microsoft Teams integration, Power BI dashboards, and AI-driven Copilot solutions.
– Familiarity with Azure services and how they integrate with SharePoint and Power Apps.
